Official Rules & Regulations


    Who Can Enter        
                
  1. Nebraska and Kansas residents who are 16 years-old or older with a valid driver's license.
    2.             
  2. One entry per person (eligible for each drawing, do not have to reenter every week).
    3.             
  3. No purchase necessary.
    4.             
  4. Winner does not have to be present to win.
    5.             
  5. Employees of Tom Dinsdale Automotive and their family members are ineligible to participate in contest.
    6.         
    How to Enter        
                
  1. All contestants need to "Like" Tom Dinsdale Automotive on Facebook.
    2.             
  2. Complete entry form with required information includes: name, email address and phone number.
    3.             
  3. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries per week.
    4.             
  4. Tom Dinsdale Automotive will verify that the entrant has "Liked" Tom Dinsdale Automotive.
    5.         
    When to Enter        
                
  1. One winner per week.            
  2. Entry deadline is Friday at noon each week.
    3.             
  3. Entries after Friday noon are eligible for the prize drawing the following week.
    4.             
  4. Winner is randomly drawn from all entries per week.
    5.             
  5. Contest will run from Nov. 4, 2011 ? December 30, 2011
    6.         
    Prize Packages Include        
                
  1. One free oil change and assorted tailgating items including: grilling tool set, coolers, koozies, fold-up bag chairs, blankets and stadium seats.
    2.             
  2. Prize packages will vary week-to-week.
    3.             
  3. Prizes cannot be substituted for cash or exchanged for other merchandise.
    4.             
  4. Tom Dinsdale Automotive reserves the right to substitute prizes based on availability.
    5.         
    Winner Notification        
                
  1. Winner will be notified by phone and on the Tom Dinsdale Automotive Facebook wall.
    2.             
  2. Prizes must be picked up at the Tom Dinsdale Automotive dealership at 3312 West Stolley Park Road, Grand Island.
    3.             
  3. Winner has 30 days to pick up their prize package.
    4.             
  4. Winner must present photo i.d. to collect prize.
    5.             
  5. By entering, contestant gives permission for Tom Dinsdale Automotive to promote winner's name in additional advertising avenues.
    6.         
    Additional Regulations        
                
  1. Tom Dinsdale Automotive reserves the right to terminate the contest without prior notification.
    2.             
  2. By providing your email address, contestants may receive occasional promotions from Tom Dinsdale Automotive.
    3.             
  3. Contestant names, phone numbers and emails will not be forwarded or sold to other third parties.
